Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PrecisionCrop AI plugin for Figma (the “Plugin”) provided by ConceptFilm (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin within Figma for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with Figma’s platform rules and any applicable marketplace terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Plugin except as expressly permitted by law
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Plugin, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
Remove or alter proprietary notices, branding, or attribution
Use the Plugin to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with Figma or other users

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the PrecisionCrop AI plugin, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain the exclusive property of its developer (Anastas Senko). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and must comply with Figma’s terms of use. If you use the Plugin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Purchases

Access to the Plugin may be provided through the Figma Community or other distribution channels. Pricing, billing, refunds, and subscription management (if applicable) are handled by Figma or the relevant payment provider under their policies. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images, videos, designs, and other materials you process with the Plugin (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to process it. The Plugin is designed to process media locally; we do not claim ownership of Your Content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Plugin operates within Figma and may depend on Figma’s APIs and infrastructure. Your use of Figma is governed by Figma’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Figma’s availability, changes to its APIs, or actions taken by Figma that affect the Plugin.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONCEPTFILM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLUGIN OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PLUGIN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConceptFilm and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Plugin, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the Plugin if you breach these Terms or if required by law or by Figma’s platform rules. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ends immediately.

11. Changes to the Plugin and Terms

We may update the Plugin and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Plugin after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
