1. Delivery Policy

PrecisionCrop AI is a digital product (Figma Plugin). Upon successful payment, your unique license key and activation instructions will be delivered automatically to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes depending on network conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of the software, we offer a strict refund policy to prevent abuse. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY under the following conditions:

• The license key has not been activated or used.
• The plugin has a critical technical defect that prevents it from functioning as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds if:

• You simply changed your mind after activating the license.
• You do not have the required software (Figma) to run the plugin.
• Your purchase was made by mistake and the key has already been activated.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@conceptfilm.net with your order number, payment email, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.
